Tanveer brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization, having demonstrated exceptional skills and achievements throughout his career. He is confident, self driven, and highly adaptable Telecom Engineer and Sr. Manager with over two decades of collective experience.

As a Senior member of the team, Tanveer plays a pivotal role in leading and guiding our telecom team towards achieving our goals. His valuable insights, leadership, and dedication undoubtedly inspire and motivate each one of to reach new heights.

He fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

Specialising in network engineering, requirements analysis, and change management, Tanveer is native fluent in three languages (English, Urdu & Hindi) and quickly becoming proficient in Arabic and Bhojpuri. Vikram Singh

Vikram brings a wealth of experience to the company having played a variety of roles – 15 years in the Corporate sector, 10 years in Security Services, and 5 years in Telecom Services.

As Head of Operations at BDS, he is responsible for overseeing all operational activities delegated by the Management.

From the outset, Vikram comes on as a young, energetic, and motivated Operations Manager with a demonstrable track record in Operations, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Collections. His sound academic background lends to his expertise in adapting to varied and often unpredictable working conditions, where challenges and obstacles are the order of the day.

However, Vikram is always on top of things, take self-initiatives and performing tasks independently.

One of Vikram’s most impressive skills is a deep and profound understanding of human psychology & behaviour, which he banks on to deliver tailored business solutions. He is also a very persuasive communicator, boasting superb relationship management skills, as well as an uncanny ability to quickly relate to people at any business and management level.

Training and Development Head
Pardeep Kumar

Pardeep is our star, as Training and Recruitment Head having extensive experience in T&D across multiple sectors, but particularly in Security Services. He is a highly pragmatic individual, with the ability to quickly assess a team’s training needs, and coming up with bespoke training programmes accordingly.

Furthermore, Pardeep oversees the complete recruitment cycle at BDS, managing an entire team of trainers and recruiters. Owing to his keen people and interpersonal skills, he manages and facilitates the complete recruitment process, including pre-deployment. He conducts bespoke training programmes at our Training Centre, which are all devised to produce the top talent at BDS to serve our clients’ ongoing needs.

From preparation of training schedules to maintaining security personnel deployment calendar at client locations – Pardeep has proven to be a critical asset for the company time and time again. BDS has a stringent screening and recruitment process and this is where Pardeep’s assessment skills really comes into their own. Each security personnel deployed undergoes extensive screening and background checking, thanks to Pardeep’s keen assessment and analytical skills as well as informed decision-making.

Pardeep & his team also carries out mock fire drills for both on-site employees and the security personnel deployed across various client sites, ensuring the highest state of readiness for both. He is also responsible for a variety of day-to-day training and development operations, including on-site security surveys, internal and external audits of security operations at each site, penetration testing of deployed personnel, and organising first aid as well as fire safety trainings for on-premises workers.

Ankur Dhar

Ankur is a highly experienced sales head, having over 18 years’ experience in product and service-based industries. He has operated across multiple markets, including those in Mumbai, Delhi NCR and J&K.

Ankur has extensive expertise in team leadership as well true passion and flair for relationship building, a dedication toward profitable YoY growth, and persistent determination in upholding top line as well as bottom line expansion.

Ankur is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales function, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. His primary objective is to drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the highest level of sales performance.

Vishal Dogra

As a self-driven and results-oriented professional, Vishal has over 11 years’ experience in managing the greater finance function at BDS, overseeing a variety of day-to-day aspects such as conceptualizing and implementing financial planning & management procedures as well as controls; working capital management, project implementation and building internal financial controls.

Vishal possesses an absolutely remarkable track record for meeting targets in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible, where he engages with both internal and external customers on a daily basis.

He is a very competent problem-solver who has proven his abilities of working with dynamic teams in a fast-moving and highly challenging environment.

As GM of the Finance and Commercial division of BDS, Vishal does everything from internal auditing, financial ratio and cash flow maintenance, to regularly reviewing accounts to determine financial performance and outlook.

He has developed and implemented winning strategies for bringing specific business areas in line with organisational standards and collaborates frequently with the Board of Directors to execute any given plan using a calculated, ‘risk vs. reward’ based approach.

Vishal has implemented a unique reporting system which boosted reporting efficiency across the board, while also helping to bridge any communication gaps with each department, when it comes to financial matters. He is a very commercially aware finance expert who performs due diligence and financial analysis regularly to ensure that BDS remains a leading service provider.

As an advisor to a board, CA Anil provides guidance, expertise, and strategic advice to the board of directors. He works closely with the board members, executive team, and senior management to help shape the companies direction, make informed decisions, and achieve its goals.

CA Anil participates in the development of the organization’s strategic plan, helping to define long-term objectives and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. He provides specialized knowledge and industry insights to help the board members understand complex issues, market trends, and potential risks.

He is Advisor to the board on Labour Law related issues, his role is to provide specialized legal guidance and expertise to the board members and the organization as a whole on Labour Law related issues.

He offers insights and advice on legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and minimizing legal risks.

C P Verma assist the board in understanding and complying with relevant laws, regulations, and industry-specific legal requirements. This includes monitoring changes in legislation and advising on the impact of regulatory developments on the organization’s operations.

He identify potential legal risks and help the board develop strategies to mitigate them.
